I've heard of this soon to be cult classic about a year ago from Io9, it screams of crazy science fiction terror on a human level. I've been waiting for it to hit the home video market, but it looks like it's still on a festival run.
Synopsis
After a mysterious atmospheric event aboard the
International Space Station, a small group of people wake up
to realize that their entire lives have been a lie. They are in
fact aliens disguised as humans. Now they have to make a
choice. Live amongst men, or try to find a way back home
