Iconic LA: City Hall

Los Angeles City Hall
200 North Spring Street,
Los Angeles, CA 90012

The more iconic vision of it below, the place might be one of the most iconic if you don't count the poor Capitol Records building being destroyed in every movie about LA . On the badges of every LAPD Officer the building stands tall and can be seen almost anywhere downtown.
From a distance it's impressive, but once you get close it looks like it's been manged poorly for some time, it isn't kept well or even very clean. Just from a distance does it catch your eye, looking like it stands tall, but sadly it was the dirtiest most unclean place I found nearby.
I t had such might steps to walk up, but little to show of beauty and wisdom at the top. It's empty at the top.

A dirty fountain putters out front, high stairs take you to the top, but once you reach them you can see the LAPD looking over you.

I believe the place to be distorted and uneven.
