LA Heat: Taste Changing Condiments

Aiii- yi-yi! LA Heat: Taste Changing Condiments start tonight at the Chinese American Museum.
This new spicy exhibition is about exploring the impact of Sriracha and Tapatio in LA through art. The art is from multiple diverse artists  showing off their take on the spice on it's interactions with the community and foodways and the identity of the people who use the spices. Both spices were created in Southern California.

Hmmm, I wonder if LA Weekly's Squid Ink will stop following fictional marvel superheroes and cover this.
