Movie Hype: Lifetime's Killer Clown, Big Bad Film Fest, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid: A lonely dragon wants to be loved Dub & The Transformers: The Movie 40th Anniversary


We can't believe it, but Lifetime has released a Killer Clown movie simply titled, Killer Clown. Now available on their app. The reason behind our utter amazement is this is coming out of nowhere, with two until October. That the "killer clown" news cycle ended a long time ago. And, it's Lifetime trying to take on the genre. As you can see above it's pure cringe, but if you catch a glimpse of that Killer Clown, we're sure you'll want to watch the whole thing; like a clown car accident you can't look away from.

Synopsis: “Decades after witnessing her mother’s brutal murder at the hands of the Killer Clown, Elizabeth Helmer (Sara Paxton) remains haunted by the crime that shattered her childhood. When she begins investigating the long-unsolved cold case, Elizabeth becomes the target of a terrifying copycat stalker, forcing her to confront painful memories she has spent a lifetime trying to escape.
