"COMING SOON is an art exhibition of all-new original artworks based on unfinished or unmade science-fiction, thriller and horror film concepts by renown film directors Stanley Kubrick, Alfred Hitchcock, Akira Kurosawa, Andrei Tarkovsky and Orson Welles. The exhibition also features artworks based on original concepts for Twin Peaks films, Walt Disney cartoons, Krazy Kat shorts and kaiju monster movies. The name of the exhibition, COMING SOON, is a play on the common term used to incite interest for upcoming film releases."

"Home Movie Day invites participants to bring in their moving images for condition evaluation and careful projection by trained archivists. Home movies on 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm film, as well as VHS videotape, will be shown. We’ll be prepared to accommodate the more obscure formats—such as 9.5mm and 28mm—and the day will feature a projection demonstration of these rare film gauges."

A murder mystery at the history museum? 

" Someone, or something, has been bumping off museum staffers involved in acquiring an ancient Aztec relic. Is it the dreaded Curse of Itlkilyu? Or is a serial killer on the loose? Your team of sleuths will have to crack a hieroglyphic code and uncover the museum’s secrets to stop the killings. For murder hunts, we strongly recommend hunting with a team of three or more. If you sign up with fewer than three people, we suggest pairing up with others at the start of the hunt to form a larger team."
