Donkey Kong Island Pool Party Last May

Back in May, Nintendo had the gorillas at the LA Zoo get special barrels of snacks for the release of Donkey Kong Country for 3DS. None of those gorillas wore red ties, but some of the celebrity guests for the Donkey Kong Island Pool Party did in LA. The new embed feature of Getty Images showcases the amazing time celebs had in the hills of LA celebrating the release of the game with banana milkshakes, banana splits and chocolate covered bananas all while playing the game and some tug of war.
