Each year the festival becomes a completely new version of itself. Animation has been cut down to a shorts program, odd coming from the animation capitol of the Earth. Sci-fi/Horror has two shorts program.

A night of sci-fi and horror shorts. In the past years they've had larger blocks, seems like there's less films this year.

This thriller has been going around the festival circuit for a while. A sociopath who wants to be like Ted Bunny and has a chip on his soldier about being Asian.
