As a fan of the Korean BBQ Cook-Off it's sad to see it go, I attended each one every Summer, since it started. Watching as patrons enjoyed meat and saw people stuff down Choco-Pies. Yet, time changes everything and really this is more of a rebirth. The title change to A Taste of Koreatown signifies welcoming all Korean restaurants to party down and present their eats. I hope other booths show the richness of the area. Hey, CGV Cinemas have a booth too, I'm sure other booths won't even have anything to do with Koreatown.
What most likely will be there is Korean BBQ! I'll be sure to have a future update before Saturday with more info!
So far as I write this the Choco-Pie contest has been replaced by the
SPICY Tofu Eating Challenge
