Anime Expo 2012: Panty and Stocking Events

The anime I've been buzzing about since it came out in Japan is having a large presence this year at AX thanks to Funimation and Panty and Stocking cosplayers. Other than girls dressed as two naughty angels from the good folks at ACParadise, you'll also have a chance to pick up a "Heaven Coin" and other P and S goods for free. You'll also finally be able to check out the series English dubbed.

"In the Anime Expo Exhibit Hall, fans will have access to a variety of free and/or limited Panty and Stocking merchandise. By participating in the FUNimation Panty and Stocking booth event, fans will receive a metal ‘Heaven Coin.’ Fans can also pick-up free Panty and Stocking premium posters and art cards to get autographed by the cast. With the purchase of Panty and Stocking limited edition DVD at the FUNimation booth fans will receive an exclusive Panty and Stocking t-shirt (sizes S-XL). These AX-only merchandise deals are only available while supplies last!"

On June 29^th. 2012 from 4:00PM-6:00PM the first four episodes of Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt will be screened in the LACC Concourse Hall. (English language, UNCENSORED)

On July 1^st, 2012 from 11:30AM-1:30PM in LP2 (502A/B) there will be a screening of special Panty and Stocking episodes as well as a voice actor/ staff Q & A. Jamie Marchi (Panty), Monica Rial (Stocking), Ian Sinclair (Chuck), and Joel McDonald (Brief) and FUNimation Senior Brand Manager Charlene Ingram will be present for the Q & A.  It’s a raucous and raunchy good time you won’t want to miss!

The voice actors will be available for autographs in the ‘Autographs Area’ on 6/29 from 2:00PM-3:00PM, 7/1 from 2:30PM-3:30PM and 7/2 from 12:00PM-1:00PM.  Directly following each autograph session, the Panty and Stocking cast will be available for photos at the FUNimation booth in the special Panty and Stocking area.
