Adult Swim greenlit Black Jesus from Aaron McGruder, even though were
still waiting on the next season of The Boondocks. In this new live-action
series Jesus lives in modern day Compton trying to help people with a local group of sad and broken followers. It's made here in LA and will come out some time later this year.
