The National Reconnaissance Office launched some mysterious item earlier this December (spy satellite) using the above logo on the rocket. For any agency to act this childish on the grounds of safety for it citizens with a logo reminiscent of Bond villain agencies it hurts not only how the rest of the world sees us, but how we see ourselves.
They couldn't go with an eagle, looking over it's young or just being vigilant?
