For SugarMynt’s 8th annual Halloween exhibit, we’re celebrating the Halloween films, and Halloween feels. With “Halloween Ends” coming out this October, our focus is paying tribute to this franchise that never dies. We’ll have original artwork dedicated to Michael Myers and the rest of the Haddonfield crew, as well as our behind the scenes photos by Kim Gottlieb-Walker featuring “Halloween” (1978) and “Halloween II.”

A musical murderous comedic romp celebrating your favorite film horror characters fully equipped with chainsaws, machetes and of course, masks, as they come to life in the most frightening setting of all time…a summer camp!! This all-ages spectacular featuring an all-star cast will immerse you in a world where you’ll find your favorite victims slaughtered in this joyful celebratory spoof of horror greats.

A spine-chilling Halloween showing of The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, an early horror film classic, will be accompanied by organ virtuoso Clark Wilson on the Walt Disney Concert Hall’s monster pipe organ. The groundbreaking 1920 silent film, directed by Robert Wiene, is one of the earliest, most influential, and artistically acclaimed films in the German Expressionist genre.

 

Mall Trick-Or-Treating

Whether your neighborhood isn’t trick-or-treat friendly or you don’t feel like going door-to-door, participating retailers at both centers will be handing out candy to shoppers - costumes encouraged!
