Luceros y Penumbras, created by Los Angeles artist and printmaker Daniel González and paper engineering by Matthew Reinhart, is officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the largest pop-up book ever created. It's only two pages, but you'll need a group of people to move a page at LA's Central Library. It's there until November. So, you have plenty of time to see it in person.
