For those who are confused why this is still going on....... previously, the NoHo Neighborhood Comitttee voted NO on the apartment building. The developers are now trying to appeal to a different department, NoHo City Planning.

So basically some group wants to demolish the NOHO 7 for more apartments. Not sure how they could just do that, but sounds like a scheme from bad guys from an 80's movie. Here's hoping they don't, because it's a theater showing off a lot of independent cinema.
