Thinkspace Projects is thrilled to present Ben Tolman’s Unmode. Known for his carefully detailed, architecture based drawings often pointing to social issues, Tolman uses this exhibition to turn his focus inward, examining his creative process directly. In Gallery II, Hanna Lee Joshi’s What is it You Seek? will be on display. The Korean-Canadian explores the search for autonomy within and themes of individuality and how it relates to universal identity. Gallery III will be filled with Nika Mtwana’s Protagonist. This new collection from the South African artist was created to elevate African identity. Gallery IV features Hybrid, the work of both Carl Cashman and Oscar Joyo coexisting in the same space. "a new, Hanukkah-themed dinner series called “8 Nights at Birdie G’s.” We’re inviting some of our favorite chefs from across the country to hang out and cook with us over, you guessed it, 8 nights. Each guest chef is preparing a few à la carte specials that embody their take on Hanukkah, alongside some classic Birdie G’s dishes. It doesn’t matter whether you’re Jewish or even celebrate Hanukkah, because this series is all about bringing people together over great food around the holidays! "
