Yes, there's a menu for dogs too. But we're already kind of blown away by the cocktails. Old Yeller (sipsmith london dry gin, cocchi americano, strega saffron, lavender citrus mist), Dog Day Afternoon (old forester 100-proof bourbon, spiced blackberry/rosemary cordial, lemon, ginger beer) and the utterly silly to bring up red rocket (tito’s vodka, red-berry mint shrub, violet, peychaud’s bitters, egg white) sound good. Wonder why they didn't call them dogtails?

Boozehounds is on the main street to go through Palm Springs, so it's easy to get to. There, you and your animal compadre can chill to Asian influenced food, heavy on the seafood. Well, humans can enjoy that food, the dogs have their own menu. It looks like a classy, laid back setting to escape the heat.

So, let your dogs wag their tails, while you sip a margarita.
