Animated Treasures: 30 Years of Studio Ghibli
Thu, Aug 20, 2015 - Wed, Sep 2, 2015
Egyptian and Aero Theatres
Hollywood & Santa Monica
Some of the most beautiful animation out of Japan with some of the poorest writing and understanding of story, Studio Ghibli is amazing to watch and has very little to offer when thinking. See classics that should more than likely have more of the dub showings, seriously dumb move. I hope the people who programmed it read this, people don't like subtitles in general. Thanks for doing it another year in a row instead of showing any other anime...oh is that the Cowboy Bebop movie I see coming up.
Most films are presented in original Japanese with English subtitles, except for two family matinees of English-dubbed versions.
Hot Topic giveaways & special offers at select screenings!
