PHANTASY ARCADE is a unique art exhibition concept born out of quarantine. Featuring a coupling of artist and musicians, each artist created artwork for an original, non-playable, 1/6th scale arcade cabinet. Musicians simultaneously created original music based on the artists' concepts. This collection serves as a miniature arcade, evoking nostalgia for arcade games that never were.

Monterey Park’s Lunar New Year festival features vendors offering unique gifts and specialty items, food booths with various types of delectable items, amusement rides, and lots of live entertainment. The traditional New Year lion and dragon dancers will kick off the festival Saturday morning. Various types of entertainment will be featured on both days. A carnival fun zone will be featured in parking lots at the corner of Garvey and Lincoln Avenues.

Chinese Lunar New Year Celebration, Year of the Rabbit on January 21st, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. This traditional celebration includes lion dance performances at 3:45 pm and 4:15 pm, with meet and greets post performance, complimentary airbrush tattoos and balloons courtesy of Karen’s Face Painting and print-making craft hosted by Able ARTS Work.

With 60 artists in the group show alone, the extravaganza is sure to be diverse and varied, bringing universal appeal from so many incredible contributors. With a focus on local Los Angeles based artists, the lineup is as impressive as it is varied.

Drawing inspiration from Japanese nature paintings of the Edo period (c.1600–1868), Wiley parallels traditional techniques and materials in nine monumental paintings.
