Following the tremendous response to its inaugural year, the Los Angeles Silent Film Festival returns for an even more ambitious celebration of silent cinema. This three-day event brings together audiences, historians, archivists, preservationists, filmmakers, musicians and special guests to experience silent films as they were meant to be seen: on the big screen with live accompaniment.

An exciting new FREE outdoor summer event series celebrating live music, film, and community at Santa Monica's beautiful Tongva Park.

Presented by the City of Santa Monica Recreation & Arts Department and produced by Rum & Humble, the series will take place every Saturday from August 8 through September 12, beginning at 7 p.m. 

Guests are encouraged to pack a picnic, bring a blanket or low-back chair, and settle in for relaxed evenings just steps from the Pacific Ocean. Admission is free.
