Knott’s Scary Farm
Select Dates Sept. 16 - Oct. 31
8039 Beach Blvd, Buena Park, CA 90620

"Knott’s Scary Farm is the largest and most haunting Halloween event in Southern California, with unimaginable scares and innovative thrills that can’t be found anywhere else. The fully transformed theme park features uniquely haunted mazes and attractions, sinister shows, and more than 1,000 horrifying creatures lurking in the fog and hiding in every corner of the park."

They've got 8 mazes this year and usually beat Universal on their haunters.

Select Nights Starting Sept 15th
Phillips Mansion
2640 Pomona Blvd, Pomona, CA 91768
*Honestly surprised this isn't sold out
"Since 2011, Delusion has led the way in the emerging world of interactive theatre. Captivated audiences venture through a one-of-a-kind interactive experience, placing them as key players in the unfolding of a live and otherworldly tale. A haunting venue hosts professional actors, stunt people, practical creature effects, and an original score all to help weave together a story unlike any other. There is nothing in the world like Delusion."
We're happy Delusion is back this fall, it always manages to top our list of haunts around Halloween. But, we were still hoping to hear more on a permanent residence for year round scares.

There are some dead that won’t let go. Clutching to this world by whatever threads they can find. Pretty red shoes. A shotgun. A loved one left behind. And although these strands of life can be as innocent as a child’s toy… everything has its price. A price only Esther Phillips can afford.

She lives alone. A solemn collector surrounded by artifacts that not only tell tales, but carry the very souls they’re tied to. An ethereal prison of those unwilling to let go.

Esther’s latest acquisition may be her greatest yet… if she would only go near. Fear, anger and regret bleed from it. Things decay, but memories can linger.

A rare invitation has been extended to you, fellow lovers of the occult. An exclusive evening to play your part in the haunting and epic story of Esther Phillips.

Sept. 30th - Oct. 31st, 2021
The Three Clubs
1123 Vine St, Los Angeles, CA 90038

"Known for reimagining and redefining the theatre-going experience, JFI Productions proves this year will be no exception-- even during the ever-changing post-pandemic climate. CREEP 2021 is filled with intimate moments, deep connections and soul-shaking chills and thrills, all within the bounds of safety, compliance, consent, and, of course, facial coverings. But what’s Halloween without a good mask, anyway? This year, guests will find themselves in a multitude of surprising worlds including a lush and sultry bar, a desolate town-square populated with odd characters, and a world-warping haunted house with a mind of its own."
In addition to CREEP L.A. this fall, JFI Productions will be bringing to life the Amazon original
series I Know What You Did Last Summer as a mysterious, subversive, debaucherous
interactive experience. Inspired by Lois Duncan’s 1973 novel (also the basis of the iconic 1997
film), the new series follows a group of teenagers bound together by a dark secret and stalked
by a brutal killer. As they try to piece together who’s after them, they reveal the dark side of
their seemingly perfect town - and themselves. Guests of the experience are welcomed into a
small town celebrating its graduating class, starting with a euphoric party and culminating in a
dark and twisted journey through an unforgettable night. Taking place at The Ghost Light
theater at Three Clubs in Hollywood (1123 Vine St, Los Angeles 90038), this free event runs
Wednesday October 13th - Sunday October 17th. Guests may reserve their free tickets on
September 29th at New series October 15th. #IKnowWhatYouDid

"We return once more to Perpetuum Penitentiary and the torturous story of our Paula. After accepting responsibility for the vicious murder of her son, Lincoln, Paula now seeks atonement for past sins. Even after months of intense labor, strengthening her body and mind, Paula has repeatedly failed in appealing to the Prison’s sinister Warden for freedom. It’s not enough. It’s never enough… Her work must continue.

At Perpetuum, a new circle of hell has taken root. Courtesy of Vixi Labs, and by the Warden’s decree, all Prison treatment facilities will now be powered by revolutionary Vixi-technology. Operated by vile and sadistic engineers, their unorthodox methods for treating evils of humanity have hit new levels of depravity. They are enjoying every minute."
