Two well-meaning but inept volunteers get stuck working the phones at a suicide hotline on Christmas Eve. When their mentally unbalanced callers decide to pay them a visit, their yuletide quest to bring hope to the disenfranchised snowballs into a manic spree of sexual misadventure and holiday-induced violence.

A solo exhibition of Junko Mizuno's latest work, this series continues her exploration of pop and spiritual aspects of Japanese culture with an emphasis on the Seven Lucky Gods. Traditionally six males and one female, Junko has depicted them as an all female ensemble of deities.
A collection of hand-made head dresses and accessories inspired by Junko's paintings and the Takarabune by artist Alston Stephanus will also be on display during the show opening. We’ll also have a 7-person performance accompanied by live Shamisen and Taiko musicians from Japan as well as professional burlesque dancers from across America beginning at 7:00pm! This one-time-only performance is not to be missed.

Join Giant Robot for the appearance of famed manga artist Katsuya Terada as he duels his pen, ink, and history for an exhibition that melds his worlds of art and manga. This won't be typical of his recent exhibitions, this will examine the world of sequential comics in an artistic way.
We will also announce live drawing session(s) that you can attend. He's drawing long form, meaning super detailed, so he'll be doing many days, the first is scheduled for Sun Dec 18th, 12-6pm and further sessions later in the week.
