1. There is NO entry fee. 2. You MUST have a 3DS AND a copy of Mario Kart 7 3. You MUST have the courses outlined below unlocked. 4. Parking is FREE on the roof w/ Validation. 4a. You MUST park on the ROOF to receive ticket validation! Don't forget there's a parade nearby at 5pm!
