Say It Ain't So Mario
Nintendo Power apparently has two more issues. Multiple game sites online are reporting on deleted Twitter posts of writers on the mag saying it's over. It's sad to see it go. I remember picking up issues throughout my life and subscribing on and off all the time. There are no plans for it to become an online site, but Twitter feeds of the Nintendo Mag crew, say their planning a special final issue out in October.
I just got into the magazine a few months back. I'm sorry to see something that means so much to Nintendo fanboys end so abruptly. I think Nintendo needs to take the time to reinvest in itself a better way to communicate with fans. I think the magazine should be part site, part magazine like Wired Magazine.
