We Lost The Landmark Pico

The ever indie movie theater that looked like an airport hub in the lobby sadly closed with little fanfare on Sunday. The Landmark Pico has closed. Attached to a dead mall that's now Google offices it looks like it couldn't reach a deal with the landlords. 

We must have reported hundreds of events for special screenings and Q&A's at that theater. And it was another place in LA you could sit down or lounge out to see an indie. It will be missed.
