So the list of films for the Look East Film Festival is up and I'm not that impressed. It's a hodge podge of different films from over the years. I don't really care for the selection, but you might. Check their site to see if you see anything that floats your boat. It's only a two day film festival and with one of the worst line-ups for the LA Film Festival this year it has little competition.
I guess what I find strange is that in NY two films about the LA Riots are going up Clash of Colors: LA Riots of 1992 and Pokdong, both from a Korean perspective, June 10th. I don't get why they wouldn't be apart of this festival too.
The Host 3D? Ehh, I'l wait for the terrible American remake to be in 3D and not watch it.
