Halloween Update: Shriekfest Top Shots

The posters of Shriekfest look great. We're just not sold on how good the horror movies will be, judge them for yourself. The exception might be "Hunting" set in LA with a lonely girl discovering the 'treasures of LA."

Oct 1-4
Raleigh Studios
5300 Melrose Ave Los Angeles, CA 90038
$10.00 per block, an All-Fest Pass, good for all four days of the festival, is now available on our website, for just $140.00, this pass includes the opening night party and guaranteed entrance to all films/Q&A's.

The Outer Darkness looks fun, but is merely a short about a deadly game. Hunting, however comes close to home as anything set in LA does it for TTDILA. The premise of being hunted in or around the city is always a frightening idea . The use of geochaching hasn't been used much in films yet.

Their opening premiere is 6:15, the first feature shot in first-person POV and in one continuous take (I'm not sure if that's true.) Zombies come at you in POV has sort happened to anyone whose played a video game in the last twenty years? Interior is another new take on the haunted house genre and does look playful enough to keep you scared at night in your own home.
