"DownBeat Magazine's Artist of the Year and MacArthur Fellow Vijay Iyer brings an all-star ensemble for an intimate concert experience in LACMA's Ahmanson Building. The series of concerts across four unique spaces in the modern gallery presents a variety of chamber jazz groups performing works by Iyer that reflect each space. Limited to only 100 guests, the audience will be immersed in the concert experience as they move through some of LACMA's most beloved artworks, including Bird in Space, La Gerbe, and Smoke."
