Pretentious Pop-Up in Little Tokyo

Pretentious pop-up ASIAN IN AMERICA: VR Dinner is taking place this Saturday night as part of the LAAPFF. It's basically a dinner where half-way through you put on a VR mask and watch poorly rendered game graphics while eating a meal. Because people love having something covering their eyes while eating food.

The incorporation of VR instead of someone just talking and telling stories over dinner makes this such a stupid concept.

It adds nothing to dinner, but having something stuck to your face during a meal. It sounds horrible.
