Waffle Love Is Loved

After checking it out on KTLA 5's Burrous' Bites we had to try it for ourselves and we have to say, "You're gonna love it." It's a Waffle shop that makes ready to eat waffles when you order. There special way of making them and their warmth is perfect for when the sun sets early.

Waffle Love - Northridge
9411 Reseda Blvd, Northridge, CA 91324
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM ~ 10:00 PM
Friday-Saturday: 8:00 AM ~ 11:00 PM
Sunday Closed, Thanksgiving closed

There's two types of waffles to get. The one that's meant to be enjoy as a sugary warm snack for desserts and than a savory one, sort of like a many layered flaky buttery croissant. We had one of those savory waffles with melted cheese and a tomato bisque and were just in heaven.

Is it worth the wait? Yes, the waffles here are so super fresh, so crunch and tasty. Each bite made us sad there was only so much left. It was a bit chilly outside when we went. It's a perfect spot to go on a cold day in LA.

We would have gotten more, but it's almost time to eat Turkey (Thanksgiving) so our bellies are full enough. We can wait and savor every bite of new things to try when we return. You will want to order more than one thing while there. The smell alone will drive you too.

Heads up, we went around noon 30 and the chicken was already all gone for the day. Call ahead or get there early if you want to try their version of chicken and waffles.

It's not a huge place mind you, so you may want grab something and head out as seats were starting to fill up on a Monday at 1pm and it's very close to CSUN, so it can easily get a lot of traffic.
