Batman and Superman Gay Statue in LA

We didn't hear or see this sight that has the two beloved iconic heroes posed before a deep embrace. Superman and Batman are about to "cuddle" in West Hollywood, next to the Pacific Design Center. The two have been there since June at the start of LA Pride. They'll be staying with us until December when the help Santa deliver presents around the world.

The piece is from sculptor Mauro Perucchetti and called “Modern Heroes," it pays homage to Michelangelo's "The Creation of David." It's not new, in fact it came out in Rome in 2011 and was back again in Paris-in front of the Lourve-in 2013. So we don't exactly get new gay statues of popular heroes.

We hope after it's run it's given to Warner Bros to be used in the marketing campaign for the Superman Vs. Batman film.
