Dead or Alive 5 came out a few days back. They've added a few more characters and stage giving it a big roster to play with and more places to battle at the cheap price of $40. From what I've read online they've fixed and tweaked anything that might have given you any problems with the game for this addition.
I played it a few times a found it to be an average high-action fighter with high end boob physics. The characters and moves looks great and extremely painful as some of my attacks force other fighters to fall down in pain.
If you like DOA 5 or missed out on it initially you're getting a better deal on it now.
Though there's still DLC you can purchase, with ultimate editions I think all DLC that's been released should be in the game.
