"Our first Masquerade Ball, last year, sold out and we expect this year's to do so also. This will be a gala event, like a page out of Phantom of the Opera (Please, no falling chandeliers).
Masquerade masks and lavish coustumes are the order of the day.
There will be a costume contest, prizes, dancing, Hors d'oeurve, and a fully hosted OPEN BAR.
Restricted to ages 18 and over.

Damn, the costume contest this year leaves for so many options and so many bad jokes and dead celebrities expense. Oooh, maybe they'll take future celebrity deaths. How do you think current celebs will die?
The 10th-annual LACMA Muse Costume Ball is haunted
by the ghosts of old Hollywoodland. Make your red-carpet debut and toast
the town, but don't be surprised if you feel some darkness lurking
behind the red carpet.
8 pm | Arrive on the red carpet at the BP Grand Entrance.
9 pm | Enjoy a live outdoor concert in front of Urban Light.
10 pm | Take part in our famous Costume Contest, with special guest judges awarding prizes for Best Black-and-White Costume, Best Classic-Movie Monster, and Best Ghost of Hollywood Past.
10:30 pm | Move upstairs to Level 3 of the Broad Contemporary Art Museum for a haunted after-party with a guest DJ until 1 am.
9 pm | Enjoy a live outdoor concert in front of Urban Light.
