E3 For The Common Gamer 2013 Update 1

Sidequesting seems to have the most thorough list of parties and events the common gamer can go to  starting next weekend for E3.

If there are any last minute events I'll put them in as fast as I can here.

I am going to highlight some of the activities as a few they missed, but be sure to check out the full list. I'll be sure to have more updates as it gets closer to E3.

A few days after Iam8bit Entertainment System's opening is the Revenge of the Party Monsters event from The Verge and Polygon, it's free. You have to be 21 to enjoy it, so it's booze, music and video games. Really love the posters for it, hope you can grab one while your there.

June 9th
7-11PM – The Tower Theater, 802 South Broadway, LA - Free Admission

That same night and the next you have The Swedish Affair where... no it's nothing like that..you're a responsible married women. Nah, it's an event to connect the Swedish to those here for E3. It's invite only, so head to their site if you want in. I should have more on this with a small preview.

Check Yo Ponytail 2 with Anamanaguchi plus guests brings some music to town in chip tune form. They also rock out, but man they should have asked some friends to do a nice poster for the show.

Still the oddest of the bunch, it appears to be a invite only event now featuring games from Capy, Media Molecule and Double Fine taking place at the MOCA near the Walt Disney Concert Hall. There will be a live stream, but of what exactly?
