Anime Hype: No Evangelion 3.0 at AX

-Funimation has decided to give the Evangelion 3.0 premiere to the Japan Film Festival of San Francisco. The festival is claiming it as the U.S. Premiere taking place weeks after AX. No word from Fun on any other U.S. dates or when it will be available for the home market. I was looking forward to yelling out Shinji!

-Little Witch Academia is coming to Blu-ray in August. Free to view on-line here

The Collector’s Edition of Little Witch Academia includes a Blu-ray disc (26 min episode and a 66 min never-before-seen Making-of video), an original soundtrack, and a 112-page art book. More information: www.acttil.com/littlewitchacdemia

Heads up there's a Little Witch Academia Fan Event at Anime Expo 2013. The fan event will be on 7/6 at 2pm. In order to be a part of the event, the fans will have to submit their full names, address, and phone number to [email protected] by 6/26. The 50 lucky winners will be contacted by 6/30!!

- The Japanese band Perfume will have a Live Viewing showing at the Regal Cinema during the last day of AX. The event isn't really a live viewing  as it will have been delayed by two days. Perfume is a popular all girl band that's rocking it in the UK during the con.

Regal Cinema L.A. LIVE, in Los Angeles, CA, on Sunday, July 7th at 1:00pm
Tickets are $25.00 and are available at: perfumeliveviewinginla.com.

-Stamp Rally Quest seems like a nice activity to get lost in on Saturday for AX
The game will be started at Room 409AB Saturday July 6 at 12pm

Update: If you had to Little Tokyo, you can score some new Dragon Ball Z sodas at Marukai Market.
