In back of Jim Rugg's Notebook Nerd solo show at IAM8BIT Gallery was The Sketchbook Project. A simple sign up on a computer, then using an almost worthless search engine gave you random books to sample, random sketchbooks that is. The whole library is cute and not needed. Any book you pick, even when it's suppose to be about a certain subject can be completely random. Still it's fun to peruse someone else's doodles. The Sketchbook Project is going across America and Canada showing off different people's styles and random thoughts. See some of them below.
