DeletePB and MVQ are secret lovers but are afraid to admit it.
Finn has a bonded relationship with PB, which he believes is her secret admiration for him, but really is just expressing her comfortability with Finn, since she is gay.
Finn is also a good friend of Marceline, but doesn’t have any sexual desires toward her, however, her father is homophobic so she pretends to like him to show her father that she has no desires toward another of her gender. She also uses this excuse on social occasions so that people don't ask questions.
Also, Finn has an obvious love for the fire princess, which he tries to deny, because he knows that his heart will always belong to PB’s, and denies it also because he is sure that PB will soon confess her love for him but she never does, given the above circumstances
