Buffy's Birthday/ Comics & Cartoons

Buffy's Birthday

Vampire Slayer, Buffy Summers, is turning the big 3-0 January 19th, 2011 so GeekGirlCon & Meltdown Comics want to celebrate!
Buffy’s birthdays always fall prey to disaster: be it boyfriends who turn evil, inexplicable loss of powers, little sisters who get into trouble – and little sisters who get into trouble again. Whatever it is, something always goes horribly, terribly, awry. So we plan on making this a grea…t one for the woman who fights the forces of evil and saves the world! A lot!
As this occasion also marks the release of the finale of the ground-breaking comic book series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight, Dark Horse is helping comic book stores around the country celebrate with games, prizes, and giveaways.
GeekGirlCon is pleased to be cohosting this event with the amazing Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles! Come hang out with other wonderful Buffy fans!
